You can have as many pages in the HomeCall theme as you want. When your site is in edit mode, in left panel there are buttons "new post" and "new page". You can add new page there. Please see the screen below.
To edit a region - make it bigger or smaller, change background etc, click on the 'change background' link. Then you can make the region bigger or smaller by dragging the upper, lower or sides. In the example below, we are moving the lower edge to make it bigger (move down) or smaller (move up).
To control how the site will look on a mobile device, all you need to do is click the 'Responsive Mode' button (On the left - see image below). Then select the layout from the options and simply drag any element or re-size it to the position you want it to appear.
